AMPM currently provides facilities management services for over 250 companies across New England and cleans in excess of twenty million square feet daily. Founded in 1984, AMPM has over 700 employees, many of whom have spent their entire careers in the facilities serviceindustry. AMPM Facility Services offices are centrally located on I-95 at 295 Weston Street in Waltham, Massachusetts.

AMPM Facility Services, the only facilities services company in New England to receive the ISO 9001 Certification, offers complete janitorial services including porter and matron services, building maintenance and repair, clean room services, anti-microbial treatments, construction management, carpet and fabric cleaning, hard wood floor restoration, and window and power washing. AMPM also provides its customers a 24 hour, 7 days a week customer response call center and emergency network, security and concierge services, snow removal, consulting services, and total facility support services.
