John H. Smith
President/Owner John received a degree in Education from Northeastern University. Before he aspired to a new career, he taught and coached. John began his career in the cleaning industry with seven years experience as an Operations Manager, then went on to management and sales for seven more years with two large commercial cleaning companies. With fourteen years experience in the industry, John founded AM-PM Cleaning Corporation in 1984. Today AM-PM has become one of the most well respected companies in the industry in New England. Being a "hands-on" owner, John is actively out in the field. |

J. Kenneth Foscaldo
Managing Partner
Ken Foscaldo is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, BA, 1973. He
joined AM-PM Cleaning Corporation in 1990 from Honeywell Bull World Wide
Information Systems, with over 20 years experience in customer service, system
management, and organizational development. At Honeywell, Ken progressed
through several management levels, including Manager of Customer Service,
Manager of Financial Operations, and Manager of Systems Support. His impressive
background and thorough appreciation for diverse programs gives AM-PM Cleaning
a tremendous advantage, not only for our own organization, but also in
supporting
services to our customers and organizations. Ken is on the Board of Directors
of
Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and serves on the executive
committee.

Frank Moura
Director of Operations
Frank has been at AM-PM Cleaning since it's founding in 1984. Frank is a hands-on service-oriented professional with more than 20 years of experience in the building service industry. He has worked at every level from cleaner to his current position as Director of Operations. Frank has been instrumental in the successful growth of AM-PM during the last 20 plus years. He has vast experience in all aspects of the industry including operations, administration, customer service, financial management, organization and business development. As Director of Operations, Frank provides leadership and guidance to the operations team with overall responsibility for on-going delivery of quality service and in meeting company objectives. He has developed and maintained exceptional customer relations through his dedicated, thorough and hands-on management approach and maintains relationships with AM-PM's key customers.

Gary Longo
Controller
Gary has held positions as a CFO and Finance Director that brings a diverse background in the
Senior Management level and a wealth of knowledge and expertise to AM-PM. His Consulting
Distributorship and broad Banking experience adds a new dimension to the company's management
team to enhance its effectiveness.

Karen Perkins
Customer Service Manager
Karen Perkins, Customer Service Manager (CSM) of the Southern NE Region, began
her
career with AM-PM Cleaning in 1996. Karen's 15 years experience with her own
business,
along with her role as a Chief Executive Administrator, prepared her for the
demands
of a managerial position. Since joining the corporate staff, Karen has
successfully
managed the Marketing, Administrative and QA Departments. In her current role
as a CSM,
she maintains accountability for over 60 accounts, which she is involved with
onsite
daily to ensure outstanding service performance and customer satisfaction. She
continues
to build strong business relationships while strengthening trust between her
customers
and AM-PM Cleaning Corporation.

David Staaf
Customer Service Manager
David Staaf, Customer Service Manager, has 12 years experience with AM-PM
Cleaning.
His expertise is in designing cleaning programs that meet the maintenance and
fiscal
needs of facilities, management, and their tenant occupants. David is
excellent at
consistent customer support through pro-active quality inspections and
customer
satisfaction briefings. David is extremely adept at communicating customer
expectations
to AM-PM Operations through concise specifications, reports and continuous
communicating.
He is also fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and is a former ESL (English as a
second
language) instructor. David actively promotes communication effectiveness at
all levels.

Amy Reiss Levitt
Customer Service Manager
Amy Reiss Levitt, Customer Service Manager, graduated from Simmons College
with a degree
in International Business & Spanish. With over 20 years of customer service
experience,
she brings expertise from the publishing industry where she managed operations
and customer
service for Spanish speaking territories. After owning a corporate gift
business for seven
years, Amy understands the need for exceptional customer service. Before
joining AM-PM, she
managed the client relationships in the transportation benefits field. In her
role as CSM,
Amy is responsible for providing excellent service and satisfaction to over 60
clients. Amy
excels in networking and building relationships and enjoys helping people at
every opportunity.

Carlos Arruda
Senior Operations Manager
Carlos joined AM-PM as an Area Manager in 1993 having worked in the industry
for many years. He was promoted to District Manager in 1995. He is a terrific
example of hard work paying off and he has worked his way up to Senior
Operations Manager. Carlos demonstrates eagerness to take on additional work
and responsiblities. He has a special talent for using innovative and
resourceful methods in problem solving, time management and planning. His
primary areas of responsibilities are the start-up of new accounts. Carlos
also calls upon his skills to analyze the operations facilities for the
purpose of improving operational effectiveness. Over the past 25 years,
Carlos has continuously strived to keep abreast of the new cleaning techniques,
skills and products that have been developed for the cleaning industry. He
has participated in many workshops and seminars.

Brian P. Lockwood
Marketing Manager
Brian began his career in the cleaning industry in 1984. His experience
includes owning and operating a successful contract cleaning company
for 16 years, followed by a 6 year career as an account manager for a
janitorial supply distributor. His training, both in the classroom and hands
on, includes natural stone care, hard floor maintenance, carpet maintenance,
fabric care and chemical safety. Brian's dedicated and knowledgeable
approach compliments AM-PM's success, and brings added value to its
customers.

Marketing Manager
Chip spent 20 years in a variety of different industries cultivating relationships. His sales, management consulting and business management skills have proven successful in developing new opportunities throughout New England. Most recently, Chip has opened the market in the state of Maine. With his strong and outgoing personality, Chip uncovers hidden opportunities that continue to strengthen AM-PM's commitment to excellence.

Katie Grenon
Customer Service Manager
Katie began her career with AM-PM Cleaning
in 1994. After working as Payroll Administrator for two years, she was promoted
to Accounts Receivable. With her attention to detail and commitment to each
customer's account, she excelled in her position. Katie managed the financial
administration and worked closely with many customers. She has participated
in many training meetings and seminars and has always approached challenges
with enthusiasm and resolve. Her longevity with the corporation and
commitment to outstanding customer care led to her promotion to
Customer Service Manager in April 2006.

Glisel Alvarado
Marketing Coordinator
Glisel joined AM-PM Cleaning Corporation in 2005. Glisel brings several years of experience in the janitorial services industry having previously held the position of office manager with another janitorial services provider. Glisel's experience in the industry coupled with her attention to detail makes her a valuable member of the AM-PM team.
Glisel serves the dual role of Marketing Coordinator as well as the ISO Coordinator. These responsibilities involve her in many aspects of the company operations while also managing the day to day marketing efforts of our internal and external sale and marketing. As ISO Coordinator Glisel is responsible for interfacing with our external ISO consultant and producing our monthly Key Performance Indicator measurements.
