In 1984, John H. Smith founded AM-PM Cleaning Corporation with the belief that providing consistent quality service, reasonably priced, is what customers need and want. John developed this belief during his 30 years of experience in the janitorial service industry, and it had become his company's commitment, also explaining the growth that AM-PM continues to experience.

Over the years, the corporate motto evolved from "Keeping an Eye on Service," to "Maintaining an Atmosphere of Excellence." In the fall of 2001, it was only appropriate that AM-PM be the vanguard in taking the necessary steps so every customer can now confidently identify AM-PM Cleaning Corporation with "Secured Cleaning." This value-added service, in conjunction with our corporate-wide incentive programs and unparalleled customer service, clearly differentiates AM-PM Cleaning Corporation from our competitors.

AM-PM's headquarter offices are centrally located on I-95 in Waltham, Massachusetts. AM-PM currently provides janitorial service for over 200 companies and cleans in excess of fifteen million square feet daily. We have over 700 employees, many of whom have spent their entire careers in the service industry.
